  1. This Privacy Policy defines the rules for processing and protecting personal data provided by users in connection with their use of the services offered by the website Lambert-Hotel (hereinafter: the Service).

In order to ensure the security of the entrusted personal data, the data controller operates based on internal procedures and recommendations, in accordance with the relevant legal acts on the protection of personal data, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

    1. responding to user inquiries made via the contact form based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR,
    2. accepting reservations via the online booking system based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR,
    3. providing services offered by the data controller based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR,
    4. marketing, including sending commercial information to the email address if the client consents by ticking the appropriate box during the booking process based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent for data processing for marketing purposes and sending commercial information may be withdrawn by clicking the appropriate link in the received message or sending such a request to the data controller's email,
    5. realizing the legitimate interest of the data controller in special cases based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, e.g., debt collection,
