SPA Opening Hours
- Pool: daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM - paid water gymnastics at 2:30 PM - registration the day before at the Spa reception
- SPA Area: daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (Fri - Sat) / 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Sun - Thu)
- Salt Grotto: daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (Fri - Sat) / 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Sun - Thu)
- Relaxation Oasis: 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Sun - Thu), 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Fri - Sat)
Treatment Cancellations
6 hours before its scheduled start
Please inform us about the cancellation of the treatment at least 6 hours before its scheduled start. If the above conditions are not met, we will ask you to pay 50% of the price of the booked treatments.
How to Prepare?
We kindly ask all guests using the SPA department services to arrive approximately 5 minutes before the treatment in a bathrobe and hotel slippers. We encourage taking a short shower before the treatment to prepare the body for care treatments.
