Breakfast & dinner
Breakfast buffet from 7:30 to 10:30. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. We invite you to take advantage of the rich buffet with live cooking offer and freshly squeezed orange juice. Our honey is obtained from an ecological farm located on the Baltic Sea, and the smell of fresh bread baked on site will make you start each day with a smile.
Dinner buffet from 18:00 to 20:30. We prepare our dishes on our own, from local products, with care for the environment, with respect to the product.

Restaurant
The restaurant of the HOTEL LAMBERT **** MEDICAL SPA is a place where the Baltic Sea is at your fingertips.
Our chefs and waiters will take care of your good mood. The dishes are prepared from scratch, based on natural and fresh products. A perfect ending to a meal is a dessert! A wide selection of cakes, ice cream and seasonal desserts, made according to traditional recipes by our Confectioner, will satisfy every gourmet of sweets.
The restaurant is open from 12:00 to 23:00.

Lobby Bar & Orangeria Cafe
The perfect place to enjoy coffee, regional drinks, cakes baked on site and freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices. The Lobby Bar is a place where, in the evening atmosphere, you can taste the original cocktails of our bartenders, but also listen to music and relax with daily live concerts (including piano, saxophone & guitar, lyrical concert). The Orangeria Cafe will be a suitable place for a moment of reflection, the intimate room will perfectly allow you to read your favorite book over a cup of delicious coffee. We invite you every day from 8:00 am to midnight.

Our Beach Bar is a place where you can relax with great cocktails and delicious cuisine, and the sound of the waves and a direct view of the sea will ensure unforgettable moments.
Local delicacies
Oil & honey / Cold pressed oils
For the production of Olea, we use only the best, selected, homogeneous grains and seeds from the best producers. The whole process is simple, one-step and natural, the seeds are gently crushed and then pressed in a screw press at an oil temperature not exceeding 40 o C.
Beekeeping farm - Miodowy Raj, 78-113 Dygowo. Run by current owners, it has existed since 1975, it is a multi-generational activity. We currently have 200 bee colonies up our sleeve. The apiary covers an area of approximately 20 ares.
Bakery
Our Confectionery Master is a passionate who has been preparing unique cakes, cakes and desserts for 30 years. Every day, especially for you, she prepares up to 30 kg of confectionery. Relying on its experience and top-class products, it creates unforgettable flavor combinations and unique dessert compositions.

We have an elegant room suitable for parties, ideal for small celebrations for 30-40 guests, as well as a banquet space adapted to organize a wedding party for 60-100 guests or for another, solemn family ceremony. An individually prepared menu will be the perfect complement.

Lambert Music Club
We also offer the interior of the Lambert Music Club where we will be happy to organize a formal meeting for you combined with a banquet and a disco with a DJ. We cordially invite you to organize 18-days, half-days and carnival balls.
